The Green is a one-acre public lawn designed for events and relaxation — accessible to everyone and easy to reserve for private occasions. With open green space, comfortable seating, and shaded oaks, it's perfect for gatherings of 2 to 300 people, and food trucks are welcome to park on-site for any occasion.
InquireThe Progress Park Beer Garden is a seasonal pop-up bar on The Green, operated by Springwater Brewing Co. It can be reserved privately or made available outside normal operating hours, with flexible drink options suited to your event. Your choice of catering or food trucks are welcome to operate alongside it.
InquireThe Grove Commons is Progress Park's newest green space, set at the corridor's edge beside a signature public-art canopy. The park offers flexible seating and is ideal for events and gatherings from 2 to 300 people — and can be combined with The Green nearby for larger occasions.
InquireThe Forum, powered by UF Innovate, offers 15,000 square feet of light-filled space with six distinct meeting and event rooms varying in size, plus generous breakout and pre-function areas. Whatever the event or meeting, from 2 to 300 people, the Forum has a space to fit — and the staff to bring your vision to life.

Foundry Labs puts you right in the heart of the Progress Park corridor, steps from the labs where North Central Florida's next companies are being built. At this time, Foundry Labs accepts event requests from members only.
InquireLooking for the perfect indoor venue for your next celebration? Springwater offers a vibrant atmosphere with handcrafted beer, local wine, and thoughtful cocktails. From team milestones to corporate gatherings and everything in between, the taproom is an ideal backdrop for gatherings of up to approximately 150 people.
InquireThe Oak & Ember is a modern neighborhood restaurant with an elevated menu of wood-fired plates, seasonal small plates, and a full beverage program. It's available for private dining and business meetings — the private room seats 12–16 comfortably, and the full space accommodates 30–60 guests for a standing event.
InquireInnovation Plaza is an open-air outdoor event space that flexes to a variety of needs — from vendor fairs to seated dinners to more casual celebrations for 50 to 200+ people, right at the center of the corridor.
